Notice of Public Hearing

City of Hudson, Wisconsin

Notice is hereby given, that the city of Hudson plan commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 4, 2010, 7:00 p.m. to hear public comment in regard to an application to amend the existing conditional use permit for non-metallic mining by Milestone Materials to expand the area in the St. Croix Business Park from 9.3 acres to 18.9 acres to be quarried by Milestone Materials / Mathy Construction Company. The area proposed for non-metallic mining is located at 406 Tower Road and is legally described as part of Outlot 1, St. Croix Business Park, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. The zoning of the property is AR, Agricultural Residential District. Non-metallic mining is regulated by Zoning Code, Chapter 255-76 and Non-Metallic Mining, Chapter 163.
