CITY OF HUDSON SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

MINUTES OF JUNE 25, 2007

 

Meeting called to order by Mayor Jack Breault in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 7:00 a.m.

 

PRESENT:  Mayor Breault, Alderpersons Randy Morissette, Dennis O’Connell, Paul Radermacher, Lee Wyland, Scot O’Malley and Allan Burchill.

 

OTHERS PRESENT:  Catherine Munkittrick, Devin Willi,and Lt. Paul Larson.

 

Convene into Closed Session pursuant to §19.85 (1)(g), Wis. Stats.  to confer with legal counsel concerning litigation in which the City is likely to become involved and §19.85(1)(d), Wis Stats., to consider strategy for crime detection or prevention regarding the renewal of alcoholic beverage license of Westin, Inc. d/b/a Hotel Dibbo:  MOTION by O’Malley, second by Radermacher, to convene into Closed Session pursuant to §19.85 (1) (g), Wis. Stats., to confer with legal counsel concerning litigation in which the City is likely to become involved, and §19.85 (1)(d), Wis Stats., to consider strategy for crime detection or prevention regarding the renewal of alcoholic beverage license of Westin, Inc. d/b/a Hotel Dibbo.  All Ayes (6), MOTION CARRIED.

 

 

 

 

RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION:  MOTION by O’Malley second by Radermacher, to reconvene into Open Session.  All Ayes (6), MOTION CARRIED.  Reconvened in Open Session at 7:05 a.m.

 

APPLICATIONS FOR OPERATOR’S LICENSES:  MOTION by O’Malley, second by Radermacher to approve the issuance of regular Operator’s Licenses for the period 6/27/07 through 6/30/09 to:

All ayes (6), MOTION CARRIED.

 

RENEWAL OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE FOR HOTEL DIBBO:  MOTION by O’Malley, second by Radermacher, to renew the alcoholic beverage license for Westin, Inc. d/b/a Hotel Dibbo for one year, contingent on installation of security cameras in 30 days, and contingent on complying with the signed agreement (attached).  All ayes (6), MOTION CARRIED,

                                                                         

 

      MOTION by O’Malley, second by Radermacher, to adjourn the meeting.  Meeting adjourned at 7:05 a.m.  MOTION CARRIED all ayes (6).
