SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL

CITY OF HUDSON

March 26, 2007

Meeting called to order by Mayor Jack Breault in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 7:02 p.m.

PRESENT: Mayor Breault, and Alderpersons Randy Morissette, Dennis O’Connell, Paul Radermacher, Lee Wyland, Scot O’Malley and Carah Koch.

ABSENT: None.

OTHERS PRESENT: Catherine Munkittrick.

MOTION by O’Malley, second by Radermacher, to convene into Closed Session pursuant to CH. 19.85 (1) (c), Wis. Stats., to consider the resignation of the Director of Parks and Public Works. MOTION CARRIED, all ayes (6).

MOTION by O’Malley, second by O’Connell to accept the resignation of Jim Eulberg, Director of Parks and Public Works effective April 2, 2007. MOTION CARRIED, all ayes (6).

MOTION by Radermacher, second by O’Connell, to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m. MOTION CARRIED, all ayes (6).
