CITY OF HUDSON COMMON COUNCIL

SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES OF JANUARY 22, 2007

Meeting called to order by Mayor Jack Breault in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 8:04 a.m.

PRESENT:   Mayor Breault and Alderpersons Randy Morrissette, Dennis O’Connell, Lee Wyland, and Scot O’Malley.

ABSENT:    Paul Radermacher, Carah Koch.   

OTHERS PRESENT:  Devin Willi, Catherine Munkittrick, and Paul Larson.

DISCUSSION/CONSIDERATION OF SALARY RANGE FOR CHIEF OF POLICE POSITION:  MOTION by O’Malley, second by O’Connell, to establish the maximum annual base salary for the Police Chief candidates at $78,000.  All ayes (4), MOTION CARRIED.

MOTION by O’Malley, second by Wyland to adjourn at 8:10 a.m.  All ayes (4).  MOTION CARRIED.
