Meeting notices and agendas are posted in the lobbies of City Hall for convenience purposes only, and may not repreent the most current version. They are not considered the official copy nor a legal representation of the official copy. To obtain an official copy, please contact the appropriate City Department for that document. Most meetings are held in the Council Chambers of City Hall, or as indicated. The Walnut Street doorway provides handicapped access and entrance to the elevator. Assisted Listening Devices are also available for use at meetings. Upon reasonable notice, an interpreter or other auxiliary aids will be provided at the meeting to accommodate the needs of the public. Please contact the City Clerk at 386-4765.
Advisory Joint Fire Board meets semi-annually in the Council Chambers of City Hall, or as noticed.
Board of Review is scheduled for the second Monday in May. Open Book is for assessment roll review and is held prior to the Board of Review. Official notices of the actual meeting dates will be published in the Star Observer newspaper and on this website.
Board of Zoning Appeals meets when necessary.
Common Council meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m.
Community Access Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 8:00 a.m.
Extraterritorial Zoning Board meets when necessary.
Finance Committee meets at 6:00 p.m. on the Council meeting day, or as noticed.
Hudson Area Joint Library Board meets the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at 700 First Street.
Park Board usually meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m.
Plan Commission meets at 7:00 p.m. on the Thursday immediately following the Council meeting.

Police and Fire Commission meets when necessary.
Public Safety Committee meets monthly, usually on the first Thursday after the first Council meeting at 5:00 p.m., or as indicated on the monthly meeting schedule.
Public Works Committee meets monthly on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m.
