Sign Permit Information
Sign permits are required for any new and/or replacement signs as per Municipal Code Chapter 202.  A sign permit application is to be submitted with the fee (cash or check only).  The application will be reviewed; and if there are any issues, the applicant will be contacted.  If the request complies with the sign code, a permit will be issued; and we will mail the permit.

Fence Permit Information
Fence permits are required for any new and/or replacement fences as per Municipal Code Chapter 106-16.  A fence permit application is to be submitted with the fee (cash or check only).  The application will be reviewed; and if there are any issues, the applicant will be contacted.  If the request complies with the fence code, a permit will be issued; and we will mail the permit.

Home Occupation Information
Home occupation permits are required as per Municipal Code Chapter 255-54.  A home occupation permit application is to be submitted with affidavit forms from the surrounding property owners.  There is no fee unless a conditional use permit is required.  The application will be reviewed; and if the request complies with the home occupation code, a permit will be issued.  If there are any issues including the conditional use permit process, the issues will be reviewed with the applicant.
